Shows the latest SIM and operator details reported by the device, including last known values after SIM removal.

Plays the EMI reminder through TTS on the device.

Sends a customer-facing notification reminder to the device.

Current Action
Installs or updates the Helium CDPC app from the current hosted release package.

Attempts to remove FRP policy, clear device owner state, and uninstall Helium CDPC.
What It Does
Some phones may still require a final confirmation or may not fully clear enterprise state without a wipe. This uses the existing app-side release flow.

Customer Assigner
Enter customer name, mobile number, and IMEI. This QR binds that IMEI to that customer, and the same customer can have more than one phone.
Use the same customer name and mobile again if you want to assign another phone to that customer. Each QR still binds one IMEI at a time.
